Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you access the site, Vercel automatically processes technical server logs (including IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) to enable technical delivery of the website. AI Tools (Anthropic API)
In the "AI Tools" section, any input you voluntarily enter into the forms is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for processing, in order to generate the corresponding result (e.g., an analysis). Only the content you enter is transmitted — no other personal data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through active use of the respective tool).
Search function (Tavily API)
The "NSM Analyzer" automatically generates search queries to the Tavily Search API based on your input (e.g., a company name), in order to gather publicly available information. No personal data beyond the company name you enter is transmitted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through active use of the tool).
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are bundled locally at build time and served exclusively from this domain (self-hosted via next/font). No connection to Google servers is made, and your IP address is not transmitted to Google.
